Containers of Stories
In partnership with the TASA project, we developed a collection that bridges contemporary design with ancestral knowledge, placing craftsmanship at the heart of innovation. Containers of Stories emerged from a close collaboration between emerging artisans and master craftspeople from the Algarve, Alentejo, and Andalusia — celebrating the rich cultural connections and shared traditions of this cross-border region.
This collection is built on encounters — between generations, geographies, and natural materials. Each piece tells a story — of the hands that shaped it, the places that inspired it, and the techniques that have stood the test of time. Crafted from palm, wicker, cane, and leather, the objects blend utility and poetry, where the collaborative energy and fresh perspective of new artisans give tradition a renewed voice.
More than products, these are expressions of identity and continuity. This collaboration highlights the potential of craft as a profession for the future and the transformative power of shared creation as a cultural and social force.
