Polurrian Hotel, Cornwall

We were commissioned to reimagine the public spaces and bedrooms of this coastal hotel, crafting an experience as invigorating as the surrounding landscape. The interior design strikes a careful balance between openness and intimacy, blending an eclectic mix of century-old and contemporary furnishings.

A playful combination of bold colours and rich textures frames each space, evoking a sense of discovery and comfort. In the lounge, a newly designed glass balustrade enhances the connection to the breathtaking coastal scenery, seamlessly integrating the natural beauty into the interior.

The serene bedrooms palette is anchored by a richly patterned blanket, with deep purples and earthy browns echoing the room’s natural tones. This thoughtful balance of colours brings warmth to the space, complementing the coastal light that floods through the windows.

Every room and communal area has been thoughtfully curated to reflect the hotel’s refreshingly relaxed atmosphere, offering guests a harmonious retreat overlooking the dramatic Cornish coastline.
